No, there are no additional fees to use our service. We follow the same price list used in each of our locations. Prices for Rochester and Geneseo can be viewed under the Pricing & ServicesPricing & Services page of our website. For Batavia pricing, please call.
We offer a few different ways to request a pick-up. We can have our system text the evening prior to your service day twice a week, you can also request a pick-up through our APP or our website. Your pickup and delivery days will be based on your address. We will place you on a route for one of the following: Monday/Thursday service, or Tuesday/Friday service. We pick up and deliver on both days.
Monday through Friday anytime between 8am – 4pm
You choose your designated delivery area. Some common locations include: front door, back door, patio area, or garage.
No. We do not require you to be there. We will provide you with an over-the-door hanger to be placed over the top of your door. You can hang your Burgundy drop off bag on the hook for the driver to pick-up. The driver will then hang your finished dry cleaning there when they deliver it back to you.[
We offer two types of payments for our pick-up and delivery service. You can choose whether you would like us to send you a bill monthly, or we can place your Credit Card number on file and we can charge it at the end of every month. Your billing information will reside on secured server, and will only be used for future transactions with Colony Dry Cleaners.

Upon receiving your damaged garment, we will send it to our dry cleaning facility for an analysis and then we will contact you within 5 business days to resolve the dispute with you.
